How to Book
Check availability via the online calendar and then submit a booking request form or email the bookings manager. A hire agreement form is required. Key collection is arranged directly with Kathy Tweedie, Booking Officer. Hirers are responsible for setting up chairs and tables and for cleaning and tidying the hall after their event. A member of staff or volunteer is available on the day of hire. Competitive prices, including cheaper rates for Local Residents, charities and not-for-profits. Specific booking charges are available upon contact. Heating is provided.
