How to Book
Online via the website (click the 'BOOKING' link). Do not call for hall booking. Viewings are available on Thursday afternoons between 2:00pm and 4:30pm (volunteers available to show around). All hire fees must be paid at least 10 days before your event. To cancel a booking, you must inform the Hall 10 days before the event. Hirers must book enough time for setup and clean up (e.g., 1 hour hire requires an extra 1 hour for setup and clean up). Booking accepts that hirer has read and understood the 'Terms and Conditions of hire and booking' and the community policy on Equality and Diversity (found on the 'documentation' page of their website).
