How to Book
Bookings can be made online via the Hallmaster system (QR code or 'Make A Booking Online' page). First-time users create an account to track bookings, manage changes, and view financials. Booking form requires event name, start/end date/time, and room selection. Hirers are required to review and accept the Privacy Policy/Data Protection Policy and Booking Terms & Conditions of Hire before making a booking. Events can be displayed as 'Private' (shows as 'Private Event') or 'Public' (displays booking name and details). All private parties are listed as 'Private Event'. Local community, voluntary, and not-for-profit groups may be eligible for discounted hire rates (excluding the Youth Centre). An email enquiry form must be submitted for consideration.
