Hall 4 has a floor space of 16700 sqm, with maximum dimensions of 180m length and 90m width, and a ceiling height of 10.6m. It can be linked with Hall 3A and Hall 5. Features include complete blackout, natural daylight, WiFi, on-site car parking, ticket kiosks, event organiser offices, and cloakrooms. There are 7 vehicle entry doors. Vehicle entry must be booked in advance via Voyage Control. VE4.1 is an available access door, but availability may change. Exhibitor vehicle access policy: Vehicles up to 2 tons allowed 1 hour on-site; over 2 tons allowed 2 hours; articulated vehicles allowed 3 hours. Exhibitor vehicles are not allowed inside the hall. Unloading is on a first-come, first-served basis, and a deposit system may be in place for some events to manage vehicle flow.
