How to Book

Bookings can be made via the online booking calendar and enquiry form on the official website. Local residents and groups have priority. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a completed Hire Agreement and payment of deposit and hire charges. Hirers must be present during the event and ensure the premises are used for the described purpose and not for unlawful activities. OSCR Trustees reserve the right to refuse bookings (e.g., persons under 21) or increase the deposit. Premises must be left in the same condition as found; deposit may be forfeited if left untidy or unhygienic. All rubbish must be sorted into general waste and recycling and placed in outside bins. Bin bags are provided in the kitchen. Access codes are normally sent the Sunday before the booking. Payment methods: BACS, PayPal, or cheque. Cancellation policy: Full hiring fee and 50% of refundable deposit returned if cancelled less than 3 calendar months before the event. Deposit refunded within 14 days after the event if conditions met (clean, no unacceptable behavior, no damage, no noise nuisance). 30-minute periods for set-up and tidy-up should be included in the booking time. Operating hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 00:00, Saturday: 09:00 to 23:00, Sundays and Bank Holidays: 09:00 to 22:00.
