How to Book
Bookings can be made by checking the calendar on the Harwell Village Hall website and clicking the '+' in the top right-hand corner of the date box for the desired room. Booking types include private one-off bookings, open events, and regular repeat bookings for classes, clubs, and societies. Suitable for parties (children, over 18s, seniors), wedding receptions, quiz nights, classes (dancing, crafts, language, exercise, self-defence), theatre performances, exhibitions, and concerts. One-off bookings are added to the system as they are made. The calendar is updated for regular weekday bookings for an academic year (September to August), populated in July/August. One-off weekday bookings for August have priority if made before the end of June. After that, agreement from regular users is needed for conflicting bookings. All bookings must include set-up and clear-up time within the requested time slot. Coded door access system allows entry only for the duration of the booking.
