How to Book
Bookings can only be made through the office of Hayle Town Council, via telephone or email. A booking is provisional until a completed booking form is received by the town council office. Once the completed booking form is received, the booking becomes confirmed. Sessions are approximately: Morning (09:00 – 13:00), Afternoon (13:00 – 17:00), Evening (17:00 – 21:00). Any booking that spans two sessions will be charged for two sessions. Timings may be varied slightly at the discretion of Hayle Town Council, subject to demand. For known clients, payment will be invoiced in the month following the booking date. Prompt payment upon receipt of the invoice is appreciated. The accommodation fee is subject to VAT at the current rate. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation 7 days or more before the booking date incurs no charge. Cancellation 6 to 1 days before incurs a 50% charge. Cancellation on the day or no-show incurs a 100% charge. This applies to both provisional and confirmed bookings.
