How to book
Application for use of any of the rooms shall be made to the Hazlemere Memorial Hall office using the online booking system. For multiple weeks, add the first booking online and then email the trustees with requirements for bulk adding. All payments must be received by the relevant due date and prior to hire. A deposit may be requested to cover damage and/or breakages, refundable within 72 hours if no damages are found. Hazlemere Memorial Hall CIO reserves the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances or when the premises are deemed unfit for intended use. Hirers must read the full terms and conditions prior to booking.
