How to book
To make a booking or for further details, email [email protected] or call the adjacent Village Store on 01372 377338. Keys are collected from a 24-hour lock box with a code provided upon booking confirmation and returned to a security key safe. The hall is available for hire on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and most public holidays when not in use for regular activities. Social event bookings are only accepted from hirers living within a four-mile radius of the hall. Hirers are expected to leave the hall in the same state as they found it; additional charges may apply for urgent cleaning, and all rubbish must be taken home. A 10% discount is available for Headley residents and for block bookings of 8 or more sessions. Hot water switch must be turned off, all windows locked, and blinds down at the end of hire. Tables and chairs must be cleaned and tidied away after use.
