How to Book
For Main Hall and Ian Price Room bookings, contact Heathfield & Waldron Parish Council (Hannah Stevens) at 01435 865700 or [email protected] during office hours (Mon-Fri, 9:30 am - 3:00 pm, closed for lunch 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm). All bookings must be made on an official Booking Form. For Counselling Rooms 29 & 30 and Meeting Room 27, book online via NHS Open Space (https://www.openspace.nhs.uk/properties/heathfield-community-centre) or call 0808 196 2045 / email [email protected] during booking hours (Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm). Hirers are responsible for ensuring any brought-in electrical equipment is PAT tested. The premises shall not be used for any unlawful or improper purpose, or sub-let. Cancellation policy: Cancellations by hirer must be in writing. Less than 7 days' notice may result in retention of the booking fee unless an alternative booking is received. The Council can cancel if the hall is needed as a polling station or due to reasons beyond their control, with a full refund of hire charges.
