How to Book
To book, check the calendar for availability and contact the Hall Manager, Michelle Yam, to provisionally book a date and time (held for one week). You will be advised of the hire cost and required deposit. A hiring agreement must be filled in and sent with the appropriate hire charge and deposit. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the agreement and payment. The balance of bookings must be paid in full before the hire starts. Refundable damage deposits must be paid by bank transfer before the start of the booking or by cheque at least 7 days prior for clearing. Payment methods include bank transfer (preferred) or cheque (payable to: Hermitage Village Hall). An after-party cleaning service is available; contact the Hall Manager for prices. Reduced rates are available for Hermitage residents.
