Hermitage Village Hall, refurbished in 2015, offers various spaces for hire including a large Pinewood Hall, a smaller Furze Hall, and a Committee Room. It is suitable for weddings, parties, anniversaries, training, children's parties, local community meetings, music events, baby groups, fitness classes, and more. Discounts are available for regular bookings of more than 30 hours per year. The hall is a registered charity and offers reduced rates for Hermitage residents.

How to Book
To book, check the calendar for availability, then contact the Hall Manager to provisionally book a date and time (provisional booking held for one week). Fill in a hiring agreement and send it with the appropriate hire charge and deposit to the Hall Manager. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the agreement, hire charge, and deposit. Payment is preferred via bank transfer (details on booking form) or cheque (payable to: Hermitage Village Hall). The balance of bookings must be paid in full before the hire starts. Refundable damage deposits must be paid by bank transfer before the start of the booking or by cheque at least 7 days prior for clearing (cash no longer accepted).
