The hall is managed by the Swanage and Purbeck Development Trust. The building is a 1946 prefabricated structure that has undergone some redecoration and minor works, but the Trust has plans for redevelopment to provide greatly improved community facilities due to structural frailties of the existing building. Rectangular hall layout. Built by local people to provide a friendly place for use by residents and wider community.
