How to Book
For Highgate Library Hall: Check availability on the calendar, read terms/conditions/regulations, then submit a booking form. Contact via [email protected] before booking is optional. Regular hirers must pay monthly in advance. All other bookings must be paid for at least two weeks prior to the function upon receipt of invoice. A deposit may secure a booking made more than 3 months in advance. Payments made in advance may be returned if 2 weeks' notice of cancellation is given. For Highgate Library Meeting Rooms: Bookings need to be approved by a member of staff before payment. Opening hours for bookings are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Closed Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.
