How to book
Enquiry via form or email [email protected]. It is recommended to book at least 4 weeks in advance. Full payment is required at least 2 weeks before the event. Setup and cleanup time must be included within the booked hours of hire. A warden cost of £15 applies to open and close each space. Discounted rates may be available for charities for regular hire. House rules: Arrive no more than 5 minutes before start time. A warden will provide access at the start of hire time and instruct on resources, fire awareness, and Health and Safety. No staff on site during booking (contact venue for issues). No smoking, no loud music, no vaping. Alcohol must be approved by venue. Gas canisters must be taken away, not left on premises or in bins. Dispose of rubbish on site (ask staff for bags). Leave promptly after event and leave the space as found. Music must be turned off by 7pm. No professional DJ equipment permitted (small CD players and phone/laptop speakers are allowed in Main Hall).
