How to book
To book, complete an enquiry form or contact Mrs S Watson on 01452 558476 or email [email protected]. A booking form is available for download on the website and must be completed and returned. Payment is due 4 weeks before hire. The PCC reserves the right to refuse permission for hire for purposes not deemed suitable for Church premises. Hirers are responsible for supervision of premises, contents, and safety, and for notifying any damage. Everything must be left clean and tidy, with rubbish removed. All equipment, chairs, and tables must be returned to storage positions tidily. Emergency exits must be clear at all times and exit signs visible when the public is admitted. If activities involve young people under 16 or vulnerable adults, a Safeguarding Policy must be provided and complied with. Hirers are advised to ensure their liabilities and risks are covered by insurance.
