How to Book
Bookings are handled via phone 07503 949471 or email [email protected], with availability enquiries on Monday, Wednesday or Friday mornings. Please note, bookings are unable to be accepted Monday - Friday from 7am to 6:30pm due to a full-time nursery. On Saturdays, the Large Hall is available from 11:30am onwards, and on Sundays from 1:30pm onwards. A special children's party hire rate is available for 3-hour or 4-hour slots. Hourly rates vary according to time of day and day of the week. Discounts are available for registered charities, community users, and fundraising events. Hirers are responsible for setting up and clearing away, and leaving halls and kitchen clean and tidy. Halls must be vacated by 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends. Terms and Conditions are available upon request.
