How to Book

A Premises Hiring Agreement must be completed and signed for every new booking. This can be obtained upon request to the Parish Office. Payment for all bookings must be in advance. The hirer must be a responsible adult over the age of 25. The hirer is responsible for all setting up and putting away of any equipment used. The hirer is responsible for the cleaning of all areas used. The premises must not be left unattended during the period of the booking. The Premises Hire Administrator will provide the hirer with a key and alarm code for the St Paul's Location. The Parochial Church Council (PCC) may, at its absolute discretion, refund any fees paid if the hirer wishes to cancel, but is under no obligation to do so. The PCC reserves the right to cancel a booking if exceptional unforeseen circumstances arise or if the hall is needed for church activities. Reasonable prior notice will be given if possible. The premises will not normally be hired out for parties involving large groups of teenagers or young adults between the ages of 14-21. The schedule of charges is reviewed on an annual basis.
