How to Book
Minimum booking slot is 2 hours. Online booking available. Contact for viewings or regular hire slots. Cancellation requests must be received 48 hours prior to booking; refund only if hall can be re-let, with an administration charge (£10 part day, £20 full day). Hirer must be at least 18 years old. Hirers are strictly prohibited from bringing their own alcohol onto the premises; bar service available for £50 per booking. Setup and cleanup time must be included within the hours of hire. Own catering service allowed, but they must hold their own public liability insurance. No dogs allowed in the Village Hall. Bouncy castles allowed, hirer responsible for damages. DJs allowed, as long as they hold their own public liability insurance; hirer responsible for damages.
