How to Book

Enquiries can be made via email to [email protected], with responses typically within 48 hours as the hall is run by volunteers. Advance booking is highly recommended due to popular demand. Full payment is due 28 days before the event, or at the time of booking for events less than 28 days away. Cancellations within 28 days incur a 50% charge of the total hire cost. Hirers must include setup and cleanup time in their booking duration. The kitchen and its contents, as well as toilets and sinks, must be left clean and tidy. Floors must be swept. Tables and chairs are not to be removed from the hall for outside use; Main Hall tables should be returned to their rack and chairs stacked. Fire access areas must remain clear. Rubbish should be bagged and placed in the 'Grundon' wheelie bin, with broken glass wrapped. No liquids are to be emptied in bins. Gated access to the overflow car park and Recreation Ground must not be blocked. Hirers must nominate a competent person for fire safety. The facility must be vacated at the end of the booked period, and all external Hall doors and the overflow car park gate must be locked, with keys returned as directed.
