How to Book
Bookings are made online via the Hunsdon Village Hall website. Users create an account, request a booking, and receive a provisional confirmation. A final confirmation and invoice are sent by the Booking Officer after a site visit. Full payment is due upon receipt of the automated invoice if the booking date is less than three months from the event date. Access to the hall on the day of hire is via a side door using a four-digit Pin Code. The hire period includes set-up and clear-away time. Friday and Saturday evening hires may include additional paid time for clearing up the following morning, subject to availability. If the booking is cancelled within 3 months of the hire date, a 50% cancellation charge applies. A bond is required and will be refunded within 5 working days of the hire date, subject to deductions for damages. The Village Hall Management Committee reserves the right to refuse any booking. Any property left on the premises will be retained for up to 20 days before disposal.
