How to Book

All bookings must be made through the Hall Bookings Secretary. No smoking is allowed in the Hall. Emergency Safety Exits must be kept clear at all times. A responsible person over 18 years must be in charge for the duration of the booking. Casual bookings require a £30 deposit, with the balance paid 14 days before the booking. Bookings for groups under 10 years are available: Saturday: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM (vacated by 6:00 PM); Sunday: 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM (vacated by 6:00 PM). The Hall is not licensed for the sale of alcohol. Kitchen must be left clean and tidy; a charge may apply for additional cleaning. No cutlery or crockery is provided by the Hall. Children under 10 years of age are not permitted in the kitchen due to Public Liability Insurance requirements. Hirers are responsible for safeguarding children and/or vulnerable adults. Please give due consideration to the residential area when leaving. Hall must be left clean and tidy, and all rubbish taken away. Tables should be wiped clean and put away, chairs stacked.
