Final numbers for charging set 48 hours prior to event. Flexible cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations 7 days in advance. 50% refund for cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance. Non-refundable for events starting within 24 hours. Event date can be changed within 1 month of original date at no cost.
