The Jubilee Pavilion, operated by The Ivers Parish Council, is their largest venue for rent. It features a new key fob entry system for secure, hassle-free access. The main hall offers flexible layouts, free Wi-Fi, step-free access, and double doors to outdoor picnic tables overlooking the recreation ground. It is suitable for business meetings, presentations, temporary exhibitions, public consultations, family parties, celebrations, and children's activities. A kitchen with a food hatch to the main hall and an outdoor service window is ideal for heating pre-prepared food.

Booking options include one-off hire, regular hire, hall + kitchen, or hall + changing rooms & football pitches. Inclusive rates are available for Children's Parties (includes kitchen, tables, and chairs for 30/35 persons). Electric bouncy castles/inflatables are allowed; the user is responsible for hiring, supervising, and ensuring the supplier has relevant insurances.
