Important Notes: Set-up and clearing-up time is chargeable at your standard rate and MUST be included within the hire times you specify. Overrunning hire times may result in loss of security/insurance deposit. Rubbish must be disposed of by the hirer; any bags left at the centre will incur a £5 per bag disposal charge. Hire of the hall and/or meeting room(s) does not include sole use of the kitchen area on occasions when the whole centre may be in use.
