The Jubilee Library offers four modern, spacious, and eco-friendly conference rooms for hire, suitable for business, community, and charity use. The venue is centrally located, fully accessible, and features natural light and air conditioning. It can accommodate events from small two-person meetings to multi-room conferences for seventy delegates. All rooms feature internet access, telephone, colour television, and 3 phase power connection. Black-out facilities are available in 2 rooms.

How to Book

Full day and hourly rates are available. Main rooms have a 3-hour minimum hire. Availability is 7 days a week. Standard booking hours are usually 9am-5pm, and can be extended to 7pm on late evening opening days (Mon, Tues & Thurs) upon request. Out of hours hire is available upon request for evenings beyond normal closing time, with additional charges for security (£90 per hour, £70 discounted) and stewarding (£20 per hour per Steward, one steward for every 50 delegates). Discount rates are eligible for registered non-profit organizations, NHS, Schools, and Brighton & Hove City Council staff. To book, submit a booking request via Jubilee Library's room booking website or contact the bookings team. From September 8th, 2025, there will be limited weekday availability in main conference spaces during term time; early booking is advised. Hirers are liable for loss or damage to Library furniture and equipment. The Library service is not responsible for personal belongings left in unlocked rooms.
