How to Book

Access is permitted from 08:00–23:59 hours. A 2-hour extension to 02:00 hours is available for the Kensington Conference and Events Centre. Clients are required to use a caterer from an approved list. Applications for a catering waiver for specialist or ethnic food may be submitted. Unable to accept deliveries before the event day due to lack of storage; all collections must be made by the end of occupancy. Smoking is not permitted within the venues. Regrettably, animals or pets are not permitted on site. Venue hire, Duty Manager support, furniture, and audio-visual support (subject to availability) are included. Additional services can be provided on request. Cancellation Policy: 100% of hire charge for cancellation less than one month before the event; 50% for cancellation more than one month but less than five months. Deposit forfeit if cancelled more than five months before, unless an alternative date is agreed.
