King's House, part of King's Cross Church (KXC), is a newly-renovated, multi-purpose event venue in the heart of King's Cross. It's a non-profit venue, with event space hire funding community activities and charitable services. The building underwent a full refurbishment led by Stirling Prize-winning architects Haworth Tompkins. It is designed with accessibility in mind, offering step-free access throughout, a lift to the first floor, and wheelchair-accessible toilets with assistance alarms.

Enquire via email ([email protected]) or Peerspace messaging. A 'Hire Handbook' needs to be filled out. Booking is secured upon completion of Stage 1 (deposit paid and terms signed). 2026 prices apply to all enquiries made from January 1st. A detailed brochure is available upon direct inquiry. Extra technical support or heavy use of equipment may incur additional costs. Standard 90-day cancellation policy: Full refund (including fees) if cancelled 90 days before event. 50% refund (excluding fees) if cancelled between 90 and 14 days before. Non-refundable if cancelled less than 14 days before. Peerspace's Grace Period policy offers a full refund for cancellations within 24 hours of booking confirmation, but no later than 48 hours prior to event start time.
