The Kings Down Pavilion, built in 2014, offers a versatile space suitable for a wide range of events including baby groups, ceremonies, corporate events, exhibitions, music practice, music events, meetings, parties, sports and fitness classes, societies and clubs, training and workshops, lectures, social events, sales events, weddings, reunions, anniversaries, children's parties, local community meetings, wakes, dog training, naming ceremonies, and dance classes. It features a welcoming reception area, French windows overlooking playing fields, and a paved area outside. Residents of Bridgwater Without Parish receive concessionary hire rates. CCTV cameras are used for crime prevention.

How to book
Bookings are secured immediately online via https://venuehire.scribeaccounts.com/Bridgwater-Without, then reviewed and confirmed by the Clerk. An invoice will be sent out. Booking time must include set-up and clear-up time. The hall must be left clean. Payment is due 14 days prior to the booking date. Payment can be made by BACS (Sort code: 20:78:91, Account number: 70798924, reference: 991345251) or cheque (payable to Bridgwater Without Parish Council, must be cleared prior to booking). Cancellation Policy: 100% of original hire fee within 3 days, 75% within 4-7 days, 50% within 8-14 days, 25% within 15-30 days, no charge over 30 days. The venue is open to hire weekends, with limited availability during the week. Closed during Christmas, New Year, and Easter Day. Regular hires include Music with Mummy, Puppy School, Fitness with Debbie, Baby Sensory, Brownies, junior football, Rugby Tots, and adult football.
