How to Book

Email [email protected] for further information. An invoice for a non-refundable deposit (£25) is sent once booking is noted. The balance is due 14 days prior to the event. Entry/exit information is sent on receipt of balance payment. All bookings are at the discretion of the committee. Hirers must be aged 18 or over. LVH committee reserves the right to cancel bookings for emergency/extraordinary purposes (charges refunded, no compensation). Consideration of neighbours at all times, especially during set up and departure. Setting up and clearing back time must be included and charged as part of the hire period. Kitchen(s) are for preparation of stall holders' personal refreshments only. Loading/unloading with consideration of neighbours; no vehicles parked on East Street. Hall and Manor Room must be cleared by 6pm (earlier finishing time may be requested and negotiated by Booking Secretary). Two-day bookings may leave items overnight with advance confirmation from LVHC (not more than 2 weeks prior). Commercial bookings can be made up to one year in advance but confirmed only three months prior to event date. Fire evacuation procedure must be read and understood by all hirers. Minimum booking period is 3 hours (especially between 1st October and 31st March).
