Lambeage Hall is available for private one-off bookings, open events, and regular repeat bookings for classes, clubs and societies. Hirers may cancel bookings with at least one calendar month's notice for a full refund. Cancellations with less than one month's notice are liable for the whole hiring charge. Regular hirers are invoiced quarterly in arrears, payment due 14 days from invoice date. Booking invoices for private hirers must be paid in full by the date shown on the invoice. The Lambeage Management Committee recommends that all hirers visit the hall in advance to ensure it meets their needs.
