How to Book
Weekdays and Weekends, 9:00 AM - midnight (extensions available). Please contact the office for current hire charges and availability. Prices vary for PL15 postcode residents/charitable organizations and non-local/commercial organizations. 25% payment on booking for all hires. Full payment 6 weeks prior to event for weddings and large public functions. Cancellation details available upon inquiry. The provided hire charges are based on documents from April 2019 – March 2020, April 2020 – March 2021, and April 2022 to April 2023. It is recommended to contact Launceston Town Council directly for the most up-to-date pricing and availability. Organizers may be required to use a licensed service for alcohol sales at large events. Limited alcohol sales may be permitted for smaller events. Bookings for Civil Ceremonies must be made directly with Cornwall Registration Service (0300 1234 181). Costs are payable directly to the Registration Service.
