How to Book
Office hours for enquiries are 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM, Monday - Friday. Session timings are 08:30 AM – 12:30 PM (morning), 01:00 PM – 05:00 PM (afternoon), and 06:30 PM – 10:30 PM (evening). Out of hours and Sunday hirings are at the discretion of the Trustees and additional charges may apply. Additional charges include Saturday caretaking and cleaning (£15 for each opening/closing between 1 PM and 10:30 PM on Saturday, plus £15 for pre-hire cleaning), sound equipment (£10 per session for microphones/powerpacks, with a £50 returnable deposit), and flip chart and pad (£6 for an individual hiring including stand). Parking is £4.00 per pre-booked and pre-paid space per each morning or afternoon hiring on weekdays. Storage options (cupboards, large lockers, small lockers) are available quarterly to current hirers.
