How to Book
All booking enquiries should be sent to [email protected]. Include date, time, activity, interested room, and expected number of attendees. Bookings are provisional until the Terms and Conditions Form is signed. Provisional bookings are held for 14 days. All rooms are charged at an hourly rate, rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes. Regular hirers are invoiced monthly in advance. One-off events with catering and bar service require full payment upon confirmation. Regular hirers require one week's notice for cancellation of individual sessions, or the hire fee will be charged. One month's notice is required to cease regular arrangements. All bookings should include time before and after for set up and break down. Rooms require at least 30 minutes between bookings for cleaning and resetting. Large events such as parties require a £100 damage deposit (cash or cheque payable to Leigh-on-Sea Town Council), which is held in a safe and returned after the event if no damages occur. Birthday parties for ages 12-21 are not permitted. All rubbish must be taken away by the hirer. Reduced community rates are available for regular bookings of 6 or more sessions.
