Leybourne Village Hall is available for hire Monday to Friday from 7:15 AM - 10:00 PM, Saturday from 8:15 AM - midnight, and Sunday from 8:45 AM - 10:00 PM, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's Eve. It is located less than 5 minutes from the M20. The hall features a kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, hob, and microwave, and a garden (play equipment belongs to Pre-School and should not be used). There is no stage. No smoking is allowed inside the building or garden. A noise control unit is installed for amplified music/live music. No 13th to 21st birthday parties are permitted. Bouncy castles (not exceeding 11ft in height) and soft play are allowed. No ball games inside the building. No animals allowed except guide dogs (no animals in the kitchen).

How to book
To book, download, complete, and return the Booking Form via email to bookings@leybourneparish.gov.uk or to the Parish Office. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed Hire Agreement Form and a Holding Deposit (for casual hires). Full payment is due 14 days prior to the event. If booked less than 14 days prior, full payment is due immediately. Viewing availability is Thursday afternoons at 12:30 PM during school term time (more availability during school holidays, contact bookings@leybourneparish.gov.uk to arrange). For weekend parties, a caretaker will open and close the hall and provide a mandatory 5-minute Health & Safety briefing upon arrival.
