How to Book

Hirer is responsible for the hiring, charges, and any post-event cleaning, maintenance, or repair costs. Hirer accepts responsibility for the good conduct of attendees. Safeguarding policies apply for activities involving children, young people, and adults at risk (not applicable for private parties with invited friends and family). Hirers may need to provide Safeguarding Policy and DBS checks. Hirer must take precautions against damages and breakages. Emergency exits must be kept unlocked and unobstructed. Adequate lighting, including emergency exit lights, must be maintained. Fire extinguishers are for emergency use only. At the end of hiring, chairs and non-folding tables should be stacked/stored, folding tables stored in the under-stairs cupboard. Hall and kitchen floors must be swept, and the building left clean and tidy. Kitchen surfaces, cooker, utensils, crockery, and cutlery must be cleaned and tidied. Dishwasher emptied, cleaned, and drained.
