How to Book

Enquiries for availability can be made by contacting the Parish Clerk on 01420 475788 or [email protected]. Booking forms (standard or charity) can be downloaded. Payment is by cheque (payable to 'Lindford Parish Council') or bank transfer, invoiced approximately 2 weeks prior to booking date. No credit cards or cash accepted. Bookings are only confirmed once the booking form is received. Full refund if cancelled more than two complete weeks before the booked date. 50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than two complete weeks before the booked date and facilities cannot be re-hired (exceptions for genuine reasons like illness may be considered by Parish Clerk). Minimum age of hirer is 21 years old. Terms and Conditions are available from the Parish Office, Lindford Village Hall Facebook page, or www.lindfordpc.org.uk under the Village Hall page. Hirers are responsible for ensuring conditions are followed.
