How to Book
Office hours for booking enquiries are 9am to 5pm each weekday. All prices include VAT. Discounted rates apply to community groups or services for the local community. Grant-funded or government-funded groups, or those able to reclaim VAT, will be charged the Standard Room Hire charge. Catering options include tea, coffee, water, and cups at £1.50 per head, or water boiler and cups only for £3.00. Buffet lunch can be arranged with Cathy Ross (07811 002255). Printing and photocopying services are available: black & white at 15p per side, colour at 60p per side; A4 photocopying at 15p per sheet, A3 at 30p per sheet.
