The hall is run by the Lympne Village Hall and Playing Fields Charitable Incorporated Organisation (Charity Number 1178573) with the purpose of providing facilities for recreation and leisure for the inhabitants of Lympne Parish.

How to Book
To book, users need to agree to terms and conditions and pay a booking deposit or the full booking fee. Rates differ depending on the time of day and day of the week. A discount is offered to residents of Lympne Parish. Bookings can mix and match hourly and evening rates (e.g., Monday 4pm to 8pm would be 2 hours at daily and 2 hours at evening rates). Flat rate sessions cannot be subdivided; the entire block must be booked at the full rate. Rates remained the same for the financial year October 1st, 2025 – September 30th, 2026.
