Dover's Grade I listed Maison Dieu, also known as Dover Town Hall, offers a magnificent and historic setting for various events. Following a major restoration, it reopened in May 2025, providing flexible spaces for private hire, weddings, conferences, meetings, and community events. The Maison Dieu can accommodate intimate parties of 10 guests or up to 500 for bigger events over multiple rooms. It is also possible to hire the entire venue.

Rooms can be booked by post using the Maison Dieu House Booking Form or online via the Dover Town Council website. Hirers must read and agree to the Conditions of Hire. Commercial and semi-commercial hirers MUST provide an official purchase order before confirmation. A discretionary 50% discount is offered to public sector organisations and Dover residents. Dover-based charities and non-profit making organisations may apply to use meeting rooms free of charge.
