How to Book
Provisional bookings can be made online via the calendar page. Booking is provisional until reviewed and approved. Hirers agree to Terms and Conditions upon booking. Hire charge must be paid at least fourteen days before the event. Booking will be confirmed and access code sent via email upon payment. If you wish to sell alcohol, a Temporary Events Notice from Waverley Borough Council is required. There is a charge, and at least 10 days' notice must be given. Only children's birthday parties up to age 13 are accepted. Hirers using bouncy castles, inflatables, or play equipment are advised to ensure the provider carries adequate insurance, as the Hall's Public Liability insurance does not cover these items. The Hirer shall not sub-let or create any licence in the Hall or any part thereof. Available 7 days a week. Online booking system available for checking availability and making provisional bookings.
