About
Hirer responsibilities include removing all rubbish, leaving the halls, kitchen, toilets, car park & garden in a clean condition, and returning all chairs and tables to their designated stores after use. Tables & chairs must be wiped down and any adhesive tape used must be removed. Hirers must vacate the hall promptly at the end of the hiring period. Bouncy castles and trampolines are no longer permitted due to changing insurance requirements. It is likely that another event will be before or after yours on the day. The venue has a remotely monitored intruder alarm, smoke & fire detection system, and external CCTV recording operating 24 hours a day.

How to book
Deposit: £200 (general), £50 (children's parties) - required at booking, held against breakages and extra cleaning. Full hire charge payment: At time of booking or six months before event (whichever is later). Cancellation policy: Deposit and hire charge normally returned less £20 fee. If less than 14 days' notice, only deposit returned. Access time: Hirers should not expect to get into the hall until 10 minutes before their start time. Booking time includes setting up and clearing away. Vacate time: Promptly at the end of the hiring period.
