To enquire about availability or to book an event, contact the hospitality team via email or phone. An application on the appropriate online booking form from the Melksham Town Council website is required. Public liability insurance (minimum £5 million) required for hirers. Event management plan required. 20% deposit at point of sale, full payment 21 days before event. Damage and cleaning deposit taken 21 days before event, returned 7 days after. Day rate for electricity use may apply.
