How to book
Bookings are made through a self-booking system (Skedda) where you can view the calendar and book your preferred room. Detailed answers to all questions are required during booking, and first-time users may need to register. The booking slot must include set-up and pack-down time. The total amount is due at the time of booking, with full payment processed within 3-4 days after the booking's suitability for the space is confirmed. Cancellation Policy: More than 2 weeks notice: A 5% fee of the total booking. Within 2 weeks notice: A 50% fee of the total booking amount. First-time users require a 2-week notice to schedule an induction.
