Great Mongeham Parish Hall is suitable for a variety of events including children's birthday parties, family celebrations, New Year's Eve festivities, wedding parties, christening celebrations, and wakes. The hall includes heating, lighting, WiFi, and full use of the kitchen. Bouncy castles are not allowed inside the Hall but can be placed on the adjacent green with prior agreement and weather permitting. The adjacent green is not owned by the Hall and its use requires prior permission. Hirers must arrange their own Public Liability Insurance and provide evidence to the bookings administrator. Hirers are responsible for the removal of all rubbish and litter from the Hall. Smoking is not permitted in the Hall. No nuisance or annoyance to nearby residents by noise or other behavior. Amplifiers and sound equipment must be plugged into the specified socket adjacent to the noise controller on the side of the stage. No exhibition, demonstration or performance of hypnotism is permitted. Strobe lighting equipment must operate at a fixed frequency not exceeding eight flashes per second. No laser equipment is permitted on the premises.
