How to Book

Bookings can be made in person, by phone, or via the MAV UK website. Payment details are sent via text or WhatsApp. A £200 deposit is required to secure a booking, with full payment due at least 30 days prior to the event. If cancellation is made less than 30 days before the booking date, the £200 deposit will be forfeited. For regular block bookings, less than 30 days' notice requires payment of the total cost of the £200 security holding deposit. MAV UK has the right to cancel bookings if full payment is not received 30 days prior to the event. Bookings for consecutive days are charged as one booking; non-consecutive days are separate bookings. The client is responsible for cleaning the surrounding area; a £25 penalty will be imposed for failure to do so. Damage to equipment or property will result in a penalty evaluated based on damage and labor cost, potentially leading to legal action. No violence or antisocial behavior tolerated on premises.
