How to Book

Booking Secretary: Andrea Clayton, 40 Middle Lane, Nether Whitacre, B46 2HY. A deposit of £25.00 is required to secure a booking. Payments can be made by cheques payable to Nether Whitacre Village Hall or Bank Transfer to Lloyds Bank Sort Code 30-92-18 Account 16450760 (proof to be sent with booking form). Cancellation Policy: £15 non-refundable if cancelled with less than 60 days' notice. No refund if less than 21 days' notice unless facility can be re-let. No booking is confirmed until a completed booking form and proof of deposit are received. Arrangements for key collection and balance payment must be made with the Booking Secretary prior to the event. Hirers are responsible for cleaning the hall, kitchen, and toilets. Cleaning materials are available in the kitchen cupboard. All rubbish must be placed in external black bins. Cookers and fridge must be left empty and clean. Carpets must be vacuumed if needed. Floors and surfaces must be left clean.
