How to Book
Bookings can be made by calling the Parish Clerk or emailing. A Standard Conditions of Hire form will be issued, which needs to be completed and signed. A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required upon booking. The balance of the fee must be paid no later than one week before the event date, or immediately if the event is less than one week away. Any excess deposit is returned after the event, provided all standard conditions of hire are met. Users are reminded to leave the premises clean and tidy.
