How to Book

Full hire charge required within 14 days of booking confirmation (or 48 hours if booked within 14 days of the event). Non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances. Key safe system; information sent near booking date once payment is received. Bookings for children under 16 years old must be supervised by at least one adult per 8 children. Hirer is responsible for full financial responsibility for damages and must leave the hall clean and tidy to avoid an additional cleaning fee. All refuse, including bottles and cans, must be taken away by the hirer. No plastic sacks should be left outside the hall. Sunday bookings allowed at the Management Committee's discretion. Bouncy castles are not suitable inside the hall due to low ceiling. Outside bouncy castles may be possible with permission from the Parish Council (field hire is separate). The playground is for public use and not exclusively hired with the hall. The field is not included in hall hire but can be hired separately via the Parish Council between May and September, subject to weather conditions.
