How to Book
Rooms are available for morning (9:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.), afternoon (1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.), and evening (6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.) sessions. Saturday afternoons/evenings and all day Sunday may be available upon advance request due to staffing. To check availability, visit the 'Room Users' page on their website, select the session and date, and click on an empty room to send an email inquiry. Booking forms should be sent to the Lettings Officer by post (NMDCA, Osborne Road, New Milton, BH25 6EA) or emailed to [email protected]. Upon receiving the application, the form will be processed, and a price will be given with confirmation of the booking. Payment is requested when confirmation is issued before use. For bookings within 30 days, payment is required in advance. For bookings further ahead, invoices are issued, and payment is expected 21 days before the hire date. Payment can be made by cash, cheque (to NMDCA), or bank transfer. Hirers must be over 18. Hirers are responsible for removing all waste materials and leaving the room clean. Hirers must provide relevant certificates (e.g., teaching, insurance) where applicable. At least 7 days' notice is required for cancellation by either party; no refund if the notice period is breached. Time used over booked session incurs an additional charge: £5.00 for small rooms, £10.00 for large(+) rooms (per hour or part thereof). Use of the kitchen incurs an additional charge. Caretaker setup of extra chairs/tables may incur an additional charge if outside normal hours.
